AceMitchell.com makes it easy to find all of your account records from your entire history as an
Ace Mitchell or Ace Mitchell East customer. The "My Account" link located on the top of every page is
your gateway to finding this information quickly.
"My Account" is where you retrieve information on invoices, past purchases, open orders and
open accounts receivable.

Editing your shipping information
Current Ace Mitchell customers will already have their shipping information in our systems. When
checking out, you can select which address you would like your order sent to (if you have multiple
"ship to" locations). You cannot modify your addresses kept on file through the website. Call
Ace Mitchell Bowlers Mart at 800-321-0309 if you need any additional help.

Retrieving your account information
You can retrieve records for Invoices, Past Purchases, Open Orders or Open Accounts Receivable simply
by clicking any of the links beneath "Accounting Information."

After you choose the type of report you want to run, you need to tell us which reports you would like
to receive. You can choose multiple reports give us a range of dates. Or you can run a single report
by entering the Invoice Number for invoices, the Order Number for open orders, or an Item Code for past purchases.

If your computer is equipped with Microsoft Excel, you can download you report as an "xls" worksheet.
Simple use the date fields underneath "Save a Report" then save the file to your hard drive.
